By renting a motorcycle from Adventure Bikes Pattaya you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
Eligibility
You must be aged 21 or older, hold a valid motorcycle driving licence from your home country, and carry an International Driving Permit (IDP) endorsed for motorcycles.
Deposit & Payment
A refundable security deposit is held at pickup and returned on satisfactory drop-off. Rental fees are payable as agreed at the time of booking.
Cancellation
Full refund for cancellations 48+ hours before pickup. Contact us via WhatsApp as early as possible if plans change.
Condition of Return
Bikes must be returned in the same condition as rented. Damage beyond normal wear is charged against the security deposit or through insurance excess.
Rider Responsibility
You are responsible for obeying Thai traffic law and the local road rules in any country entered. Reckless riding voids coverage.
Insurance
Our bikes carry full-cover insurance at no extra charge. In the event of an incident, you are responsible for the excess/deductible as disclosed at pickup.
Liability
Adventure Bikes Pattaya is not liable for personal injury, loss, or theft of personal belongings during the rental period.
