Deposit & Payment
A refundable security deposit is required on pickup. Deposit amount depends on the bike. Refunded in full at drop-off assuming no damage beyond normal wear.
Cancellation
Full refund for cancellations 48 or more hours before pickup. Contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible if plans change.
Insurance Included
Full-cover insurance is included on every bike at no extra charge. Covers collision, theft, and third-party liability. Rider is responsible for excess/deductible in the event of a claim.
Mileage
Most adventure tourers include 500 km/day. Liter-class bikes include 200 km/day. Honda Forza 350 scooter includes 50 km/day. Additional km charged at a fair per-km rate.
Licence Requirements
Valid motorcycle driving licence from your home country PLUS an International Driving Permit (IDP) endorsed for motorcycles. Both must be presented at pickup.
Age & Experience
Minimum age 21. Experience on a similar-displacement motorcycle is strongly recommended for big bikes (500cc+).
Rental Period
Daily, weekly, and monthly rates. Multi-day discounts apply. Contact us for trips over 30 days.
Border Crossings
Riding into Laos, Cambodia, and Malaysia is permitted. You must notify us at booking and specify which countries you plan to visit so we can prepare the correct border documents and insurance extension.
Fuel
Bikes are provided with a full tank. Please return them with a full tank. Any shortfall is charged at the current pump price.
Breakdown & Support
Contact us immediately for any mechanical issue. We provide roadside support advice and arrange repairs where possible. For trips far from Pattaya, we brief you on support contact points along the route.
